IEEE-ETA Kappa Nu: HKN Experience
The IEEE Education Society wants to remind members of an upcoming opportunity offered by our partner Society within IEEE. HKN (Eta Kappa Nu) is the IEEE Honor Society and is a lifelong designation. As educators, you work with students every day. Some of your students are likely IEEE-HKN members. It's youngest members are the highest-ranking juniors and seniors in the top undergraduate programs around the world. All members, students, and seasoned professionals -- took a pledge when they were inducted to uphold the tenets of scholarship, character, and attitude on which the society was founded. The 2020 IEEE-HKN Experience⧉ is the honor society's free, 11-day series of online technical talks, professional development sessions, and networking and social events. It will be an online event where worldwide HKN membership will come to interact with each other and support our global community. It is exclusive to HKN members, so if you are a member or have colleagues and students who are members, please register and encourage them to register for the event. It begins on HKN's Founders Day, 28 October. Multiple events will be held each day. The Experience concludes with the 2020 HKN Awards Ceremony⧉, during which the recipients of the 2020 IEEE-HKN Awards will be honored. What are you waiting for? Register now: http://hknx2020.org/⧉
