IEEE Education Society Student Travel Award
IEEE Education Society offers in 2025 IEEE Education Society Student Travel Award to assist IEEE Student Members at IEEE EdSoc financially sponsored conferences (EDUCON, DEMOCon, TALE, FIE, EDUNINE), on a competitive basis. Each award is subject to travel reimbursement through IEEE financial systems. No more than two students per institution will be supported, per year. No postdocs, faculty, or other senior research personnel which are part of the IEEE officers may be supported by the grant. These student grants will enable sharing scientific information and stimulating research interests for students in the field of education engineering.
IEEE Education Society Student Travel Award Financial Implications: up to 1500 USD per grant (registration fee, travel, allowance and hotel for 3 days). Student expense report and receipts must be submitted using the IEEE Concur Travel System https://www.ieee.org/membership/services/travel/index.html#concur-travel-access
