IEEE Education Society Distinguished Lecturer Program Request Form

Please read the information below before submitting this form. 

• This request form has to be submitted at least 3 weeks before the planned and agreed date of the lecture.
• The maximum travel amount per lecture is $1,000 US.
• The travel is mainly for Air (Economy class) /Train/Rental car/Taxi and/or hotel stays. It may include the Visa charges or unforeseen incidental charges.
• Additional nights at the hotel, meals, and other local expenses for an invited DL are covered by the inviting IEEE section/chapter or OU.
