Session Three: Applying for a First Year Tenure Track Position - Making Your Case as a Candidate

This virtual event is aimed at new or soon-to-be PhDs, and other candidates interested in applying for a tenure track faculty position. The panel discussion includes experienced and knowledgeable faculty who can provide perspectives on candidate materials used to apply, what reviewers look for in candidates, and other ways to proceed from the inbox to the faculty interview. The discussion will consider materials including cover letter and vita, and statements on research, teaching and diversity.
