2025 Call for Nominations - IEEE Bhagawandas and Rajani Lathi Award for Excellence in Engineering Textbooks

Nominations are now being accepted for the 2025 IEEE Bhagawandas and Rajani Lathi Award for Excellence in Engineering Textbooks.

This award recognizes excellence in first-edition English language printed textbooks used to teach electrical and electronics engineering to advanced undergraduates and graduate students. To be eligible for the 2025 award, the textbook must have been published as a first-edition textbook in the year 2020, the primary author must be an IEEE member, and the textbook field of instruction should be within the areas of signals, systems, communications, controls, analog electronics, digital electronics, or electromagnetics.

Nominations should be submitted via the IEEE Education Society Website no later than 15 February 2025.

All award nominations and reference letters must be submitted online through the IEEE Education Society Website. Once the Award Nomination Form is submitted, the nominator will receive an emailed copy of the nomination, and the provided references will receive information on how to complete the Reference Letter Form.
