Description
The Executive Committee shall consist of the President, the President-Elect, the Vice Presidents, the Secretary, the Treasurer, and the Junior Past President. Between meetings of the Board of Governors, the Executive Committee shall be empowered to act for the Society except on matters which the Board of Governors has by resolution expressly reserved to itself. The Board of Governors may, by majority vote at any meeting, override any act or decision of the Executive Committee.
