New: Vice President for Outreach Activities

The IEEE Education Society voted to approve a new officer position to be added to the Executive Committee in this year's meetings. This new position is called the Vice President for Outreach Activities (VPOA) and will have an Outreach Activities Committee. 

The VPOA will work with all Society Officers to increase the global impact of their area through strategic outreach activities and/or publicity efforts. IEEE Education Society President Martin Llamas Nistal recently appointed Ana Luna as the interim VPOA until the October 2025 officer elections take place.
