This committee shall assist in the formation of new society chapters and maintain liaison between chapters and the Board of Governors. This committee shall be responsible for the promotion of the Society’s area of interest within the regional and sectional organizations of the IEEE. The chair of this committee shall report to the Vice President for Member and Geographic Activities.
