The Constitution and Bylaws Committee shall be responsible for the preparation of constitutional amendments and changes to the Bylaws for Board of Governors action, when such amendments or changes either appear necessary or are so directed by the Board of Governors. This committee is also responsible for examining society actions to determine whether these are in accordance with the Constitution and Bylaws of the Society and with the Constitution and Bylaws of IEEE.
