Board of Governors
The Board of Governors (BoG) functions as the 'board of directors' of the IEEE Education Society.
In addition to the Society officers and the chairs of the standing committees, twelve 'Members-At-Large' serve three-year terms on the Board of Governors of the IEEE Education Society.
Executive Committee
Executive Committee
The Executive Committee consists of the President, the President-Elect, the Vice Presidents, the Secretary, the Treasurer, and the Junior Past President. Between meetings of the Board of Governors, the Executive Committee shall be empowered to act for the Society except on matters which the Board of Governors has by resolution expressly reserved to itself. The Board of Governors may, by majority vote at any meeting, override any act or decision of the Executive Committee.
