The Distinguished Chapter Leadership Award is given to recognize a Society member who has, over a sustained period of time, made an exceptional contribution to the Society, which has manifested itself at a local Chapter.
0-20: Not yet qualified
21-40: Marginally qualified
41-60: Qualified
61-80: Highly qualified
81-100: Extraordinarily qualified
